意見を示したあとは、相手の話にしっかり耳を傾け他の視点や選択肢も残しておく。

While it’s very important to share your opinion, don’t be too fixated on getting your way. After expressing your opinion, listen carefully to what the other person has to say and keep an open mind to other perspectives and options.
